Continuing in the dolls' "birth" order, the second in the Rozen Maiden Character Drama series (released on September 22, 2006) features the most intelligent (?) of the Rozen Maidens - Kanaria. It seems she's probably the least popular of the dolls among fans of the show, but there are plenty of scenes with most of the other main characters, so if you're not a fan of hers you shouldn't necessarily let that stop you from checking this one out. Various clues point to the story taking place sometime between episodes 3 and 4 of Rozen Maiden Träumend. Since Kanaria is basically a gag character, the content of this story is mostly silly, slapstick comedy, as she tries and fails again and again to defeat her sisters. One thing I found kind of surprising is how well Kana and Jun hit it off together, especially since they didn't really interact much in the TV show. And it's sort of cute somehow that she can't remember his name and just keeps addressing him as "Shinku's Master".

Useless fact: This CD contains exactly 100 utterances of the word "kashira". Somehow it seemed like more. A lot more. Ugh... And next month: DESU!
